As a general rule, Black Friday brings out the worst in human nature: Greed, violence, consumerism (NOT capitalism), lust, wastefulness, lack of sleep (but who am I to talk at this obscene hour? 🙂 ), excessive and pointless competition, and a bunch of other bad stuff. Pride is the root of all of it I think.
