“All of our parents, they’re getting older. I wonder if they wished for anything better.”
-John Mayer (that line gives me chills)

-1st Nephi 1:1 (the first verse in the Book of Mormon)
…
“A pair of star-cross’d lovers take their life…who with their death bury their parents’ strife.”
-Excerpt from the prologue in Shakespeare’s “Romeo & Juliet”

“Single parents, I testify that as you do your very best in the most difficult of human challenges, heaven will smile upon you.”
-David Baxter (this General Conference address on single parents is incredible!)

Fathers, be good…
to your daughter(s).
THAT INCLUDES NOT LETTING THEM GO CRAZY
(and not excusing their sins)!
Words cannot express how disappointed I am with not only Miley,
but also very much so with her family, particularly her father.
Mr. Cyrus, I am glad that you love your daughter and you want to support her in a time when many people (myself included) are so frustrated with her (rightfully so!), but don’t defend her despicable actions, especially when you should have helped prevent them in the first place!
(I don’t like the word stupid, but in extreme situations it is warranted.)
Billy Ray, your actions/words on the Piers Morgan show were:
STUPID!
Seriously, you are making my achy heart break…
figuratively
🙂
