Lance Armstrong is a disgrace.

Image

He is a disgrace to America, to sports,

to the cancer community, and to humanity in general.

Harsh? Yes.

Sad?    Definitely.

True?   Absolutely.

I appreciate people like Greg LeMond who aren’t afraid to acknowledge the (figurative!) elephant in the room and tell it like it is: Lance is a criminal, a liar, an adulterer, a bully, and a thug.

He belongs behind bars.

Family. Isn’t is about….time?

A sad poem from a past time:

“nobody’s singing my praises.

no one’s calling my name

in a family of high-achievers

I’m so out of place and so ashamed”

Not in that place anymore.  Phew!  It was too dark there so I left.  Just keep me where the light is.

My family are all awesome, but none of them have a blog like this 🙂

#not about competition I know but still…

#nothing but the utmost love and respect toward my family…true story…
