Figuratively or literally.
I’ve had people email/FB/text me saying how much they appreciate my blog. And I appreciate that YOU appreciate it. It feels good to have readers, especially if I’m gonna get that Webby, BUUUUUT, remember that your story is more important than mine. Read my blog when you’re on your computer or Iphone or whatever, but don’t forget to LIVE YOUR LIFE!
Just found this video from about 3 years ago. Watching it was fun. And funny. And painful (is there ANYONE who likes his/her own speaking voice?) But what’s incredible is how much I see myself and all my core beliefs again. Humor, beauty, kindness, expression, creativity, Christ, understanding. Not bad. Even if it wasn’t one of my better hair days 🙂 Now I wanna go find me an apricot!
“The cicada fest was like the plague in the Old Testament!”
Good thing I can clean up nicely 🙂
there is no denying that Eminem has incredible talent, especially when it comes to wordplay. He also does a pretty good job articulating his beliefs about words and language to Anderson Cooper. This clip is intelligent and fascinating. Check it!
Teachers, take note (do I say that too much?)!
This is one of those pictures. On the outside I just look like a girl with high cheekbones, a great sense of color, and someone who could sport a red lip with confidence and class. But on the inside, I was hurting pretty badly. Everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. Even beautiful people. Be kind.
Sometimes beauty isn’t recognized
when it contrasts with what you feel inside.
